LORIS, S.C. (WBTW) — An organization that makes a speciality of distributing meals to Hispanic and Latino eating places plans to create 71 new jobs when it expands in Horry County, in keeping with an announcement Thursday from Gov. Henry McMaster’s workplace.

Carolina Meals Service will make investments $3.7 million within the space, in keeping with the announcement. The corporate offers meals in North and South Carolina, together with merchandise resembling meat, condiments and spices.
The corporate plans to purchase 9 further acres so as to add 20,000 sq. toes to its present location in Loris Commerce Park, in keeping with the announcement. It has acquired a $100,000 Rural Infrastructure Fund grant for building.
