Sakata Seed America, Inc. has appointed William (Invoice) McCarthy as Director of R&D. Invoice assumes the function from Jeff Zischke, who’s retiring after 32 years with Sakata in roles as Tomato Breeder, World Product Supervisor and Senior Director of R&D.
Invoice will assume accountability for all of Sakata Seed America’s greens analysis and growth exercise on the firm’s R&D stations in Burlington, WA, Woodland and Salinas, CA, Ft Myers, FL and Culiacan, Mexico.
